Feel Like Going Home

Greek Orthodox funeral and memorial service includes some of the most melodic hymns. Shame they are tied to such dreadful occasions.

We, people, are flesh and bones occupying space. But most importantly we are memories for those who met us, feelings for those who loved us, wisdom for those who trusted us. We are the world for those who lived with us. Our space will be emptied, our spirit shall live on. Rest in Peace my Cousin, your spirit will live on.

I can’t understand if the pain is physical or psychological. I mean it’s physical obviously but I think I know where it comes from.
